RenewalOS Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of RenewalOS, operated by BZDevelopments (“RenewalOS,” “me,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By creating an account or using RenewalOS, you agree to these terms.
The service
RenewalOS is a software service for tracking subscriptions, contracts, renewal dates, cancellation deadlines, costs, owners, and decisions. Reminder emails and in-app notices are provided as a convenience only.
You remain responsible for confirming all vendor terms, notice periods, prices, renewal dates, cancellation deadlines, and business decisions. RenewalOS does not cancel, renew, negotiate, or enter into agreements on your behalf.
Your account and data
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for the information entered into your workspace. You confirm that you have the right to upload or enter all data you provide.
You retain ownership of your workspace data. You may export renewal records where that feature is available.
Plans and payment
RenewalOS may offer free and paid plans. Paid plans, when available, are billed at the price displayed at purchase. Plan features, limits, and pricing may change with reasonable notice.
You may cancel a paid plan at any time. Unless otherwise stated at checkout, cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
Acceptable use
You may not use RenewalOS to break the law, interfere with the service, access another person’s workspace without authorization, upload harmful content, or attempt to bypass usage limits or security controls.
Availability
We work to keep RenewalOS available and reliable, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation, error-free service, or delivery of every reminder email. You should maintain your own records for important contractual or financial deadlines.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, RenewalOS is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or business losses arising from your use of the service, including missed renewal or cancellation deadlines.
Changes and termination
We may update these terms or the service from time to time. We may suspend or terminate access for misuse, security reasons, or legal requirements.
