RenewalOS Privacy Policy

Information we collect

We collect information you provide when using the service, including:

• Name and email address
• Workspace name and settings
• Renewal records, including vendor names, costs, dates, owners, notes, tags, and attachments
• Account and service activity needed to operate and secure RenewalOS

We do not ask for bank-account access and we do not read your email inbox.

How we use information

We use information to provide and improve RenewalOS, including to:

• Create and secure your account
• Display and organize your renewal records
• Send configured reminders and service messages
• Provide support
• Prevent abuse and protect the service
• Process payments if paid plans are enabled

Service providers

We use trusted providers to operate RenewalOS. These may include Supabase for authentication and database services, Resend for email delivery, hosting providers, and a payment provider when paid billing is available.

These providers process information only as necessary to provide their services.

Sharing

We do not sell personal information. We may share information with service providers, when required by law, or to protect the security and rights of RenewalOS and its users.

Data retention and your choices

You can update account information in RenewalOS. Where available, you can export renewal data. You may request account and data deletion by contacting info.bzdevelopments@gmail.com, subject to legal, security, and operational retention requirements.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. However, no online system can guarantee absolute security.
